AION Order Execution Agent
A device-resident record of the full chain of custody from signal to executed order.
The problem
When an automated trade goes wrong, there is usually no independent record of what the system actually did.
Application logs are editable. Screenshots prove nothing. The broker's record shows the order that arrived, but not the chain of decisions that produced it: which signal fired, what state the system was in, what was evaluated, and whether the order that reached the exchange is the one the strategy intended.
So when the outcome is disputed โ a fill at an unexpected price, an order that should never have been sent, an alleged malfunction โ reconstruction depends on records held by the party with the most interest in their content. That is an unsatisfactory basis for a dispute, an audit, or a regulatory enquiry.
How it solves it
The Order Execution Agent records the chain of custody from the originating signal through to the executed order, and it does so on the trader's own device.
Device-resident is the whole point. A record held by the counterparty to a dispute is worth very little; a record held by you, produced as events occur rather than reconstructed afterwards, is worth a great deal. It stays under your control and is not transmitted to us.
What it gives you is the ability to answer, after the fact and with evidence, what the system did and in what order it did it.
The capture method is the subject of a filed patent application and is deliberately not documented publicly. This page describes what the component does and why it exists. It does not describe how the capture works, and it will not.
How to use it
- Status
- Patent application filed. Available to institutional and infrastructure users through direct engagement rather than self-service signup.
- Where it sits
- Alongside execution, wherever your orders originate. It records; it does not decide and it does not place orders.
- Enquiries
- [email protected]
What it is not
- It is not a strategy, a signal source, or an execution algorithm. It makes no trading decision of any kind.
- It does not prevent a bad trade. It records what happened so the question can be settled afterwards.
- It is not a broker service and does not replace your broker's own records.
What this is not
Informational and educational only. Not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell, and not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser product. AION is an infrastructure provider: we publish information and leave the decision entirely with you.
We publish what a system does and what it produces. We do not publish how it is built. Research partners and institutional collaborators can request a technical briefing under confidentiality: [email protected]
