What AION Is

AION Analytics analyzes historical market behaviour and computes statistical probabilities. AION systems function as a mirror of the market's past — they identify patterns, score probabilities, and surface structured context derived from historical data and mathematical models.

Every AION output is analytical context. It describes what the market's history suggests, not what the market will do. The difference between a probability statement and a prediction is not semantic — it is the core design principle of every AION model.

What AION Is Not

• AION does not give investment advice. No AION output constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, commodity, or financial instrument.
• AION is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA). AION outputs are not research reports as defined under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
• No AION output is a trade instruction. Nothing generated by Veritas, Edge Engine, Sentinel, Indian Market Intelligence, or any other AION system tells you to enter, exit, or size a position.
• AION is not liable for trading losses arising from any interpretation of AION outputs. Market conditions can change faster than any model can be updated.

Educational and Research Use

AION services are designed for educational, research, and analytical use. Users who access AION outputs — whether through the website, API, reports, or open-source packages — do so as informed analysts reviewing probabilistic context, not as recipients of financial advice.

By accessing AION services, you represent that you understand the distinction between probabilistic market analysis and investment advice, and that you are capable of independently evaluating whether any information is relevant to your situation.

API and Subscription Terms

• API keys are model-scoped. A key issued for one AION model does not provide access to other models.
• Subscription features are as described on the relevant subscription page at the time of purchase.
• AION reserves the right to update model outputs, retire model versions, or modify service features with reasonable notice.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own investment decisions. AION does not have visibility into your financial situation, risk tolerance, tax obligations, or regulatory constraints.
• You must not represent AION outputs as investment advice, regulatory determinations, or guaranteed forecasts to any third party.
• You must not use AION services in violation of applicable law, including SEBI regulations, FEMA, and Indian securities law.
• Account credentials and API keys must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

AION Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use AION services, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on AION outputs.

AION services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
